Please read these terms carefully before using DGcrm

Usage Limits & Credits

1.1 Monthly Lead Credits

Important: Lead credits do NOT roll over to the next month. Unused credits expire at the end of each billing cycle.
  • Each plan includes a specific number of monthly lead credits
  • Credits reset on the 1st of every month at 00:00 UTC
  • Once your monthly limit is reached, lead creation is blocked until the next cycle
  • You may purchase additional lead credits at ₹99 per 1,000 leads
  • Purchased add-on credits also expire at the end of the billing month

1.2 Task & Reminder Limits

  • Monthly task and reminder limits are enforced per plan
  • Task and reminder counts reset on the 1st of every month
  • No rollover of unused tasks or reminders
  • Hard limits apply - new tasks/reminders are blocked when limits are reached

1.3 Pipeline Stage Limits

  • Each plan has a maximum number of pipeline stages allowed
  • Stage limits are cumulative and do NOT reset monthly
  • To add more stages, upgrade your plan or delete existing stages

1.4 Storage Limits

  • Storage allocation is cumulative across your account
  • Storage applies to: lead documents, chat media, task attachments, form uploads
  • When storage is full, new uploads are blocked
  • Additional storage available at ₹99 per 100GB/month
  • Deleting files immediately frees up storage space

1.5 User Limits

  • Each plan includes a specific number of user seats
  • Additional users can be added at ₹99 per user per month
  • User count includes all roles: Admin, Leader, and Member
  • Deactivating a user frees up that seat immediately

Billing & Payments

2.1 Payment Terms

  • All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹/INR)
  • Payments are processed via UPI, bank transfer, or supported payment gateways
  • Invoices are generated automatically upon successful payment
  • Payment verification may take up to 24 hours for manual methods

2.2 Billing Cycles

  • Monthly: Billed on the same date each month
  • Yearly: Billed annually with discounted rates
  • Billing cycle starts from the date of subscription activation

2.3 Refund Policy

Note: We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for new paid subscriptions. After 7 days, payments are non-refundable.
  • Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of payment
  • Add-on purchases (extra leads, storage, users) are non-refundable
  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days

2.4 Failed Payments

  • If payment fails, your account will be downgraded to Free Forever limits
  • Data is retained for 30 days during grace period
  • Full access is restored immediately upon successful payment

Subscription Plans

3.1 Plan Types

Available Plans: Free Forever, Essential (₹499/mo), Professional (₹999/mo), Elite (₹1,999/mo)
  • Free Forever: Limited features, no time restrictions, ideal for individuals
  • Essential: Small business features with standard AI
  • Professional: Advanced features with highly capable AI
  • Elite: Enterprise features with priority performance

3.2 Upgrades

  • Upgrades take effect immediately upon payment confirmation
  • Pro-rated credits are applied for mid-cycle upgrades
  • All features of the new plan are immediately available

3.3 Downgrades

  • Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period
  • Data exceeding new plan limits is NOT deleted but access may be restricted
  • You will need to reduce usage to within new plan limits

3.4 Plan Limit Enforcement

Enforcement: When limits are exceeded, the corresponding feature is blocked until usage is reduced or plan is upgraded.

Data & Privacy

4.1 Data Ownership

  • You retain full ownership of all data you upload to DGcrm
  • We do not sell, share, or monetize your data
  • Data is stored securely with industry-standard encryption

4.2 Data Retention

  • Active accounts: Data retained indefinitely
  • Cancelled paid accounts: Data retained for 30 days
  • Inactive free accounts: Data retained for 90 days of inactivity
  • Deleted accounts: Data permanently removed within 30 days

4.3 Data Export

  • You can export your data at any time via CSV export feature
  • Export includes leads, contacts, tasks, and notes
  • File attachments can be downloaded individually

4.4 Security

  • All data transmitted via SSL/TLS encryption
  • Passwords are hashed using industry-standard algorithms
  • Regular security audits and vulnerability assessments
  • 99.9% uptime guarantee

Acceptable Use Policy

5.1 Permitted Use

  • Managing legitimate business leads and customer relationships
  • Team collaboration and workflow management
  • Data analysis and reporting for business purposes

5.2 Prohibited Activities

  • Spamming or unsolicited bulk communications
  • Storing illegal, harmful, or offensive content
  • Attempting to bypass usage limits or security measures
  • Sharing account credentials with unauthorized parties
  • Using the service for any illegal purpose
  • Reverse engineering or attempting to access source code

Account Termination

6.1 Voluntary Termination

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time
  • Access continues until end of billing period
  • Export your data before cancellation

6.2 Termination by DGcrm

  • Violation of Terms & Conditions
  • Non-payment after grace period
  • Abuse or fraudulent activity
  • Legal or regulatory requirements

6.3 Effect of Termination

  • Immediate loss of access to the platform
  • Data retained for 30 days for retrieval requests
  • No refund for remaining subscription period (except within 7-day guarantee)

Limitation of Liability

7.1 Service Availability

  • We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service
  • Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible
  • We are not liable for data loss due to user error or third-party issues

7.2 Liability Cap

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7.3 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify DGcrm against any claims arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.

Changes to Terms

  • We may update these terms from time to time
  • Material changes will be notified via email or in-app notification
  • Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance
  • You may terminate if you disagree with changes
